4. Quotes and estimates

Surveys and quotes are provided free of charge unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. All quotes are valid subject to survey and are based on the information available at the time. Prices, timings or scope may be revised where the survey reveals additional works, access issues, hidden defects or variations requested by you. Any material changes will be confirmed in writing before work continues.

5. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed the scope, price and date in writing (including by email). If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Where consumer cancellation rights apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will provide details at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule works where weather, safety or resourcing requires it.
